Morteza Rafiei
Multi award winning director, producer, and writer shaped by growing up in Iran, where cinema was his first escape and introduction to truthful storytelling. Inspired by film from an early age, he developed a ground up, hands on approach to the craft, learning every stage of production from set work to camera and editing.
He holds a Bachelor of Fine Art and studied cinematography with a practical focus on camera and production. His work spans narrative films, documentaries, television pilots, and commercial projects across multiple genres, with a strong emphasis on human emotion and real world themes. Selected projects include Lonely Boy, The Assistant, Little Tehran Theater, and Freedomtown Not So Black and White. He is the founder of MSR Entertainment, where he directs and produces commercial, corporate, and branded content alongside his film work. His directing has earned more than 30 international festival awards and honors.

With over 25 years of experience in the entertainment industry, Olaf Guerrero is a seasoned producer with a passion for music, editing, and technology. As a respected leader in the field, Olaf has produced numerous successful TV shows, music videos, and documentaries, earning a reputation for his problem-solving abilities and results-driven approach. When not working on production projects, Olaf enjoys training his dogs and writing music.
